This seminar addresses the key nonstructural issues of the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) that are applicable to residential multi-family structures classified as Group R-2 occupancies. The focus will be on those requirements that are unique to apartment buildings, with an emphasis on fire-and life-safety concerns.
