This module focuses on the structural limits to the International Residential Code. Maximum snow, wind and seismic loads are addressed as well as the assumed live loads for each floor. Fastening requirements covering connections between the walls and roof, floor and foundation are detailed as well as uncommon foundation configurations such as cripple walls.
