One of the biggest and most important components of code compliance is ensuring that we maintain proper case management of code violations. Through inspections and investigative practices will become the subject matter experts, having first-hand knowledge of violations we verify while out in the field. As such, understanding how to properly document our cases becomes paramount in the success of gaining compliance, and and being able to properly present or testify, before hearing officer, or a magistrate.
