The international code council recently completed the work of the ICC AdHoc Committee on Lithium Ion Batteries. The work of the group was to identify gaps in our current codes as well as opportunities with the rapidly moving technology. This training will not only highlight current code provisions of the 2024 ICC Family of Codes and work to provide a general understanding of the various gaps and how code officials and designers can address these concerns with projects and submittals.
