In an effort to support our membership and the industry, the International Code Council is pleased to announce we are now an approved provider by the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters Continuing Education Program. This Massachusetts Plumbing and Gas Fitters single (6) six hour course will provide 3 hours of Plumbing and 3 hours of Gas Fitting Continuing Education credit as mandated by the Code of Massachusetts Regulations 248 CMR 11.04 (1) (2) for all Massachusetts licensed Plumbers and Gas Fitters.
These materials are being provided to ICC by the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters to provide training in accordance to CMR 11.04 Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Requirements for Master and Journeymen Plumbers, Master and Journeyman Gasfitters and for Undiluted Liquefied Petroleum Gas Installers. The Board requires that ICC utilize these written materials in connection with the training. The materials were not prepared by ICC. ICC makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the materials, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in them.
Session 13 includes 3 hours of Plumbing and 3 hours of Gas Fitting. Both Sessions 13 & 14 will be required for Massachusetts Plumbers and Gas Fitters to renew their license’s by May 1st, 2022.
